Want to pass a driving test? I have been working as a qualified Driving Instructor for the past 15 years, covering North Kildare and Dublin, however, unlike most other Instructors in the area I have also worked as a Driving Tester, which gives me a unique insight into what it takes to Pass Your Driving Test First Time.
So Why Choose Me?
You are spending money on driving lessons, so it’s important to take your time over choosing a Qualified Driving Instructor or Driving School, and one that you feel at ease with.
In Ireland, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) approves Driving Instructors and only RSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) can charge you for driving instruction.
There are hundreds of Driving Instructors out there, so it’s a minefield for learners when it comes to choosing the right one. Probably the best way is by word of mouth, and almost 80% of my students have been recommended by past pupils.
Like any teacher, some Driving Instructors will be better than others.
Good Driving Instructors should make the most of your lesson time. You should have their full-attention throughout the lesson, with no stops to pick up or drop off, or make phone calls. They shouldn’t shout or make you feel uncomfortable in any way, even if things go wrong. Unlike some Instructors, I will never pick up another pupil during your lesson, and in the unlikely event that I am delayed in anyway, I will let you know beforehand, and ensure that any lost time is added on at the end of the lesson, so that you get the full time that you have paid for.
I’ve been teaching for over 13 years, during which time hundreds of my pupils have passed their test first time. With over 30 years of driving experience I have the knowledge to guide you through any situation that may arise during a lesson.
Flexibility is very important, so if you need a 1 or 2 hour lesson, in the evening or at weekends, I will cater to your needs. If you have to cancel for any reason I would like at least 24 hours notice, however I understand that this isn’t always possible, but I would ask that you contact me as early as possible in order that I can book in another pupil.
There are very few Driving Instructors in Ireland who have undergone a full Driver Testing Training Programme with the RSA, and then went on to work as a Driving Tester. This may not mean a lot to you when you’re starting to drive, but when you get to test standard I can provide you with the type of information and knowledge about the test, that most other Instructors don’t have, no matter how long they’ve been teaching.
So who better to guide you through the testing process than someone who has carried out over 2,000 Driving Tests.
All Dublin Test Routes covered plus Naas & Navan.
